A multi-purpose 7 × 12m structure doing three jobs at once: solar panels on the roof, a carport at ground level, and a two-bedroom dwelling on the upper level.
Stacking uses onto one frame is efficient, but it changes the engineering. The frame carries floor loading as well as roof loading, and the panel array adds both dead weight and wind uplift, so it is designed as a single structure rather than as a carport with things added to it.
