Our factory is in Spartan, Kempton Park — 1A Spencer Street. It is not a sales office with fabrication happening somewhere else; the steel is cut, drilled and assembled here, and our erection team goes out from here.

That matters more than it sounds for a local job. You can come and see the frame before it leaves. A site visit is a short drive rather than a scheduled trip. And if something needs adjusting mid-erection, the factory that made it is twenty minutes away.
We have been manufacturing in Kempton Park since May 1999, supplying the industrial belt around OR Tambo, the East Rand's warehousing and light-industrial parks, and smallholdings out towards Bapsfontein and Benoni. It is where the factory is rather than where the work stops — South Africa as a whole is our market, and we deliver and erect in every province.

- 1A Spencer Street, in the Spartan industrial area. Visitors welcome by arrangement, Monday to Friday 07:30–16:30.
- Short haul, lower delivery cost
- Delivery is priced on distance. A Kempton Park or East Rand site is about as close to the factory as a job gets.
- In-house erection team
- The structure is erected by the people who work with it every day, not a subcontractor briefed on the morning.
- Airport-belt industrial work
- Warehousing, distribution, workshops and crane-supported bays are the everyday work of this area, and the bulk of what we build.
- Engineer's certificate for Ekurhuleni submissions
- Approved building plans are required before construction commences. We supply the engineer's drawing and certificate for the submission on request.

Held as finished designs, so they quote quickly and cost less than a one-off. Anything else is custom-manufactured to the site.

What comes as standard.
- Roof sheeting
- Galvanised IBR profile sheeting as standard, on a 10° roof pitch.
- Fasteners
- All fasteners included, down to the foundation bolts — nothing to source separately.
- Design
- Every structure is designed by a civil engineer. An engineer's drawing and certificate is supplied on request.
- Fabrication
- Manufactured in our own Spartan factory in Kempton Park, not subcontracted out.
- Delivery & erection
- We deliver and erect throughout South Africa using our in-house erection team, or supply delivery-only for export and owner-erected jobs.
- Custom sizes
- The nine sizes below are the sizes we hold designs for. We custom-manufacture any size to suit the site.
