Spartan, Kempton Park puts the whole province inside a short delivery radius — Johannesburg, Pretoria, the East and West Rand, and down into the Vaal — which keeps transport costs down and makes a site visit a drive rather than a trip.

The work varies by corridor. The East Rand and the airport belt want warehousing, workshops and crane-supported industrial bays. Pretoria and its northern edge bring more residential and architectural work — the 15m Chromadek structure and the architect-designed house near Irene are both Pretoria jobs. The smallholdings ringing the province want implement sheds and covered yards.

All of it comes off the same nine standard designs, or is custom-manufactured where the site demands it. Every structure is designed by a civil engineer, with a drawing and certificate supplied on request for your building plan submission.

Manufactured in the province: Fabricated in Spartan, Kempton Park. For a Gauteng site that means the shortest possible haul — though we deliver and erect nationwide, in every province.
Erected by our own team: Our in-house erection team works throughout Gauteng, and travels anywhere in South Africa the job requires.
Plan-approval ready: Engineer's drawings and certificates supplied on request for City of Johannesburg, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni and the surrounding municipalities.
Since 1999: Twenty-five-plus years of structures standing across the province.
Standard sizes held as designs: Nine standard sizes from 6 × 10 × 2.4m to 30 × 48 × 6.0m, and custom manufacture for anything the site needs.

Held as finished designs, so they quote quickly and cost less than a one-off. Anything else is custom-manufactured to the site.

Included

What comes as standard.

Roof sheeting: Galvanised IBR profile sheeting as standard, on a 10° roof pitch.
Fasteners: All fasteners included, down to the foundation bolts — nothing to source separately.
Design: Every structure is designed by a civil engineer. An engineer's drawing and certificate is supplied on request.
Fabrication: Manufactured in our own Spartan factory in Kempton Park, not subcontracted out.
Delivery & erection: We deliver and erect throughout South Africa using our in-house erection team, or supply delivery-only for export and owner-erected jobs.
Custom sizes: The nine sizes below are the sizes we hold designs for. We custom-manufacture any size to suit the site.
